The stretching and bending straightening unit (referred to as the "stretching straightening machine") is a new type of straightening equipment developed to meet the high requirements of strip flatness. It combines the advantages of roller straightening machine and stretching straightening machine. Its working characteristic is to produce plastic extension of the strip under the combined action of tension roller stretching and bending roller continuous alternation and repeated bending, and obtain strip straightening. It can eliminate the three-dimensional shape defects of the strip such as ladling, edge wave, and sickle bending, and significantly improve the quality of the strip shape.

A disc shearing machine uses rotating disc blades to continuously cut moving sheets and strips, sometimes cutting the strips into suitable wide widths or trimming their edges even. When using it for edge cutting, it is usually equipped with two methods: edge shredder or waste edge winding, which are convenient for recycling.
